This is your first step! Your initial nutrition session will be 60 minutes; we’ll chat about your health goals, current diet + lifestyle, and then put together a plan of action, including a personalized recipe book.
Follow-up sessions are for current clients who’d like to check in, review their initial nutrition plan, get inspiration, or discuss new health goals.
Custom meal plans begin with a menu planning assessment to find out more about what works best for you. From there, I develop a personalized meal plan tailored to your preferences, health goals, and lifestyle. My meal plans include both recipes and shopping lists.
My Busy to Balanced program is designed to help women go from busy to balanced with nutrition support + the creation of simple, daily rituals and habits. It includes an initial 1:1 intake session, four 30-minute follow-up sessions, your own Busy to Balanced workbook, meal plans, and unlimited email support.

Short answer — maybe. Some extended health plans do cover nutrition services. Check with your provider about what your personal plan includes. Please note that all services must be paid for up front.

Yay! I am so glad you’re here. The first step is to book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to chat about what’s going on with you, and what your health goals are. That will give me a better idea about which of my services might serve you best. From there, we will have a further conversation about you — your diet, your lifestyle, and your health — and I’ll make some recommendations: for sure nutrition, maybe supplements (totally optional), and often lifestyle suggestions. Finally, you’ll get an emailed copy of your nutrition + wellness plan following your session.
You bet you can! If you have a question between sessions, you can email me anytime. Sometimes, though, questions are better answered in a follow-up session where we can dive into what’s going on with you.
